- 50mls BORA Botanical Rum
- 10 Mint leaves
- 25mls fresh lime juice
- 15mls sugar syrup
- 1 sugar cube
- Ice
- Soda Water (optional)
Add the mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle along with the lime juice, sugar syrup and sugar cube until it is all dissolved. Add the rum and whip with a small quantity of crushed ice to combine the ingredients. Strain into a glass, fill 2/3 with crushed ice and swirl. Then pack the glass completely with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
For a longer drink, you can top up with soda water in a tall glass.
